COVID-19 update: A Message to Our Valued Customers

To Our Valued Customers:

We are working hard to minimize the covid impact from events on our customers. We have made available a list of our limited inventory of tickets for upcoming events on our site. We have also cross-listed most of our tickets on partner marketplace ticket platforms. These marketplace platforms allow us to offer to a wider range of customers.

To assure fans' safety during these uncertain times, all tickets are subject to restrictions and requirements put in place by venues, teams, or government authorities as it pertains to social distancing, wearing personal protective gear, or similar measures. If the event is held without fans, you will receive a refund as if the event were canceled. 

Each event may require proof of a CDC Covid Vaccine Card or a negative PCR COVID test taken within 72 hours of the event, with a photo id required for entry into the venue. Please note that refunds will not be issued if denied entry for non-proof of these requirements. 

Our guarantee continues to protect your every purchase, and nothing about this situation has or will change that.

If your event is canceled, you will have the option of accepting a refund of your original purchase price, less applicable fees back to the original form of payment.

If your event is postponed or rescheduled, rest assured that your ticket will be honored on the new date of the event.

Our reservation services are back open. We follow all guidelines for safety and health conditions. Each of our units are cleaned and disinfected prior to guests' arrival and upon departure. There may be an extra cleaning fee for some units. This will be explained at the time of reservation booking.
