We know how much your event means to you, and we will stand behind you if there are any issues with your order. You can purchase your tickets with peace of mind knowing we have you covered. Ticket prices through our site may be listed above or below face value. All Sales are Final.
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets unless the event has been canceled by the entertainer, team or venue. You will receive a 100% refund for your tickets if:
- Your order was accepted but not delivered by the seller.
- Your order was accepted but not delivered in time for the event.
- Your tickets were not valid for entry. (1)
- Your event is canceled and is not rescheduled. (2)
Refunds will be issued through the venue, team, promoter or artists' management. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to be issued.
*Notes: (1) Verifiable proof must be provided in letter form from the venue. Written or stamped "voids" do not constitute verifiable proof. (2) A 100% refund for a canceled event does not include shipping.
