We are not Airbnb. We are not VBRO. While these are great services, at NOLA Nites, we offer a more personal reservation service. That means one person handles your stay and is always reachable via email, call or text 24/7. Our properties, owners and partner hotels are all directly connected with us, eliminating any middle-man issues with checking-in or amenities offered.
Some of our customers like the amenities of a hotel stay when traveling and just don’t find the majority of apartment rentals all that convenient. Others traveling with family find the need for more than a hotel room.All of our properties are matched with your convenience in mind. You tell us your needs and we put you where you want to be. All rentals are non-smoking.
Security is standard at ALL of our properties. All are located in well lit, safe areas, with privacy gates or 24hr attended front desks. Like most of New Orleans, all of our properties are located in the action. Most hotels and condos are within walking distance to everything New Orleans offers, but we always advise you to be aware of your surroundings and do not venture off alone. Travel with groups at night and always use a car service for after-hour events. New Orleans has many affordable and secure taxi services and ride-sharing services, such as Uber and Lyft.
Pets are accepted in some locations with a non-refundable cleaning deposit. Please inquire at the time of the request.
Some properties offer balconies and some offer a hot tub and/or pools on-site. Requests will be honored as availability allows.
Rates depend on property availability and dates requested. Events & holidays tend to reserve quickly, so please contact us with the number in your party and dates requested for a quote on available options.
Lot Parking is available near most properties. Valet Garage Parking is offered at an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled two weeks prior to the check-in date. A $50 booking fee is nonrefundable and due at the time of reservation for condos. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Please contact us for more info.
